Agreement

By using the Travia mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Travia provides travel eSIM data plans through third-party connectivity partners. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Eligibility & account

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity on your account.

Purchases & eSIM delivery

Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by our secure payment provider. After successful payment, your eSIM profile is provisioned digitally; no physical SIM is shipped.

You are responsible for checking that your device supports eSIM before purchase. Installation instructions are provided in the App.

Acceptable use

Do not resell, share, or misuse plans in ways that violate partner fair-use rules or local law. We may suspend service for fraud, abuse, or chargebacks.

Limitation of liability

Connectivity quality depends on local networks and your device. To the extent permitted by law, Travia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a given order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
