This Privacy Policy explains how Travia collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our App.

Information we collect

Account data: email, display name, and phone number when you sign in (e.g. Apple, Google, or phone SMS).

Purchase data: destination, plan, payment reference, and eSIM identifiers (such as ICCID) needed to deliver your plan.

Device data: basic device signals for eSIM compatibility checks and crash diagnostics.

Location: only when you choose "Use my location" to suggest a destination — not tracked continuously in the background.

How we use information

To authenticate you, process payments, provision eSIM profiles, show order history, and improve the App.

We share data with service providers (Firebase, payment processors, eSIM wholesalers) only as needed to operate the service.

Retention & security

We retain purchase and eSIM records as required for support, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

We use industry-standard security measures; no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Your rights

You may update your profile in Settings or delete your account, which removes your sign-in profile. Some purchase records may remain with providers as described at deletion.
